All our Chefs and Wait staff are fully trained and qualified.

At Capelli Foods we only make food from the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Produce is sourced locally ranging from our Organic Chicken and Ducks from Bendele Farm at Kilkivan to the Nolans Private Selection Meats, and Seafood sourced from our Coastal Fish mongers. In the hinterland from the Sunshine Coast is a fruit and vegetable bowl comparable to any which we utilize to its maximum

Capelli Foods catering offers a diverse range of customized gourmet catering services including cocktail canapé parties, or in home catering  for dinner parties with your own Personal Chef and wait staff. Our menus can be customized  to suit your own style and tastes as well as specialised dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free or food allergies.
