Capelli Foods catering in Gympie on the Sunshine Coast, is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Michael Hehir and Carolyn Mandersloot. Michael and Carolyn share a passion for fine food and a love of hospitality and sharing great food and catering is the ideal way for them to do both.

After providing residents of Gympie and the Sunshine Coast with delicious meals at the Kingston House restaurant for three and a half years, renowned chef Michael Hehir can now bring the same fresh flavours and mouth-watering menus to you by catering for your next function or event. 

Michael is constantly updating his menu and looking for new and innovative ways to being delicious food to his catering clients. Whether its Catering, Weddings, Kids' Catering, Canapés, Finger Foods, Tapas, Take Home Meals, Cooking Classes, delicious Produce or hiring Michael as your Person Chef.
