Terms and conditions, Capelli Foods

Minimal of 48hours notice is required for all catering and take-home meals.
 

For functions, in-home private chef services, large orders or special requests seven (7) days notice is required.
 

Ingredients and service prices: Due to seasonal or supplier shortages, Capelli Foods reserves the right to alter or adapt menu, services and prices.
 

Final guest numbers needs to be confirmed a minimum of forty eight (48) hours prior to the event.
 

Cooking Classes

Eight (8) guests minimum requirement.

Platters

Catering is provided on disposable platters or can be provided on light weight melamine platters, which incur $15 per platter refundable deposit payable on collection of goods. Please specify which of these you will require with booking. Your personal crockery may also be used for your catering.

Re-heating

When re-heating food is required, instructions will be included, however once food leaves Capelli Foods, it then becomes the Clients duty of care to how the catering is handled.

Equipment/extra requirements

The client is responsible for the cost of any external hiring of equipment.

Liability

Capelli Foods and their staff are not responsible for damages or losses incurred by the Client or the Clients guest/s or attendees.  The Client is responsible for all guests and attendees at the event and their acts.

Collection

Can be arranged from Capelli on Duke (Corner of Duke and Alfred streets) 13 Alfred street, Gympie during trading hours.

Delivery

A flat fee or $25 with a 10 km radius. Additional fees with be incurred by the Client for deliveries after hours and outside the 10km radius.  P.O.A.

GST

All prices include GST; a tax invoice will be issue.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit payable by cash, direct debit, eftpos or credit card is required upon confirmation. Balance payable on collection of goods. For in-home private chef services full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation

In-house catering jobs require five (5) days cancellation notice after which full charges apply.

Public Holidays

15% surcharge apply on public holidays.
