At Capelli Foods we are excited to share our Take Home Menu for May with you all. Many of our faithful customers have been enjoying our delicious soups  and slow cooked meals like curreis and osso bucco to warm their cockles now that Winter is settling in. Take a look at our May take home menu, and of you can't make it to your favourite Sunshine Coast Restaurant, let us bring the food to you!

Our second Posh Plate was wonderful and the chefs wowed us with a delightful menu. We do have casual seats available, however do book as they fill up fast.

Welcome to the March Newsletter and Take Home Menu

Capelli on Duke, our new Restaurant and Bar has been going well, the menu has been very well received by our diners and we have been getting great feedback. 

We have had a bit of a hold up on the Liquor License to much to our regular diner's delight we have remained BYO for the time being.  We hope to have the final go ahead by the end of the month. 

The Posh Plate kicked off on Tuesday night and was a great success, see the event blog for the menu.  We do have some seats left and are also have some casual seats available if you cannot commit to every night.

 

Our Catering has also not slowed down, we were very excited to cater for the Heart of Gold Awards night.  We have been having a lot of fun with our Personal Chef service.  It is always a great night and we are now having repeat customers. 

We have had people making booking for catering from as far as Scotland, India and Sydney.  We have travelled as far as Maryborough and the Sunshine Coast.

Duck Maryland - marinated overnight then slow cooked confit style

Easy to cook, just reheat in the oven until the skin goes crispy and the meat will just fall off the bone. Can be frozen.

 We had a wonderful time out at the Muster and managed to pump out over 1600 meals. Here are some of the favourites that we sold out of and also some yummy new dishes.
