1. 300gm Rib Eye Fillet with Caramelized Onions
2. Fraser Island Garlic Prawns
3. Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Dill Aioli
4. Organic Baby Spatchcock infused with Lemon Thyme
5. Lentil Burgers with Babaganoush
6. Lamb Kofta with Kusandi Sauce

Salads

1. Spicy potato salad with chorizo
2. Fruit and nut coleslaw
3. Lentil salad with red onion and garlic
4. Risoni pasta salad with roasted pumpkin and cherry tomatoes
5. Local green bean and sesame seeds
6. Green leafy salad with raspberry dressing
7. Marinated mushrooms with Spanish sherry vinegar
8. Mango, tomato and red onion salad (in season)
