Terms and Conditions

  1. Tentative Bookings
    Bookings will be held for 7 Days. Any Bookings not confirmed and deposit paid within this time will be cancelled.
  2. Confirmation
    A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation (e-mail) from you. An invoice will be send for the quoted amount and a payment of a deposit of 25% of the quoted amount is required to confirm the booking. On payment of the deposit you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  3. Cancellations
    Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 72 hours prior to the function will result in a charge of 20% of the quoted price. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the function will result in a charge of the food and hire costs of the quoted price.
  4. Final Numbers
    Confirmation of the final number of attendees must be received at least 7 working days prior to the function. The final number given will be the invoiced amount.
  5. Final Payment
    Final invoices will be issued following confirmation of final numbers and menu 7 days prior to the function. Final invoices must be paid no less than 72 hours prior to the function. Failure to do so and Capelli Foods Catering will not attend the function and any deposits or part payments will be forfeited.
  6. Additional Charges
    Any changes that occur during the event, such as additional attendees or extensions to labour will be invoiced after the event and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice.
  7. Liability
    Capelli foods and their staff are not responsible for damages or loss incurred by the client or clients guest/s or attendees. The client is responsible for all the guests and attendees at the event and their orderly behaviour. Capelli Foods will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment or merchandise left on the property in the venue or grounds, prior to, during or after the event
  8. Food and Beverage
    No Food or Beverage can be brought into the venue without prior approval. You are responsible for notifying Capelli Foods of any Dietary requirements or Food allergies 7 days prior to the event.
