Capelli was recently mentioned on the ABC radio, where chef Michael Hehir was interviewed by Annie Gaffney, host of the program ‘Mornings with Annie Gaffney’.
Michael is inspired by the wonderful range of local produce around Gympie. Zucchini Flowers (fresh picked) and Kilkivan organic confit duck are specialities.
