Capelli’s executive chef Michael Hehir got to get creative this week catering for a private event at the Gympie Regional Art Gallery. This 6 course degustation lunch and accompanying wines were crafted specially for Cathy Condon’s ‘Off the Wall’ contemporary art exhibition, and was such a treat to work on.
