The Capelli Foods team provided our corporate catering for Maroochydore’s newest retirement village, catering the launch of The Avenue in downtown Maroochydore. The Avenue is a luxurious, modern over 50’s retirement village built this year for 54 Million dollars with state-of-the-art modern construction and equipment with gymnasiums, pools bars, and even a wine room!
The 350 guests feasted on a grazing table to begin with on their arrival at The Avenue retirement Village along with complimentary beverages being served by the Capelli crew. After the Opening by local Mayor, Mark Jamieson in conjunction with Aura Holdings Director, Mark Taylor (No! not the Australian captain), the Capelli girls swung into action with an array of delicious Canapes from the Capelli Kitchen. There was a variety of selections for the attendees ranging from vegetarian and vegan options through to tasty morsels to treat any carnivore.
The crowd were lounging in the courtyard area listening to Brisbane band Radio Club Band as they enjoyed the afternoon in the Sunshine Coast’s newest Retirement Resort grazing on some of Capelli Foods finest.
Our entire team did an outstanding at this event, ensuring everything was in place and set-up ahead of time, and every team member excelled in their work, from creating the amazing food everyone enjoyed on the day through to serving all attendees with a smile on their face.
